We specialise in designing healthy buildings by bringing together experts in medicine, health and wellness, technology, and engineering to create buildings that provide a safe and healthy environment.

Our approach to designing buildings that support healthy living involves placing people at the heart of the design process by encouraging healthy behaviours, promoting social interaction, reducing the risk of harm from indoor pollutants, environmental hazards, and taking into account the health and wellbeing needs of all the occupants. Additionally, we ensure that buildings are designed to be accessible and adaptable to the changing needs of occupants over their lifetime.

Did you know that we spend more than 80% of our time indoors? And that indoor concentrations of pollutants are often five times higher than typical outdoor pollutants? This is why it’s more important than ever to prioritise environmental air quality as part of a design for a new building or an existing building.

We also specialise in providing Environment Quality sensors that monitor key environmental factors including temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide (CO2), total volatile organic compounds (TVOCs) and particulate matter (PM2.5) to optimise air quality. We can also visit existing premises to conduct an Environment Quality monitoring study.
